ShopFlowTools ("we", "us", or "our") provides the **ShopFlow CSV Product Cleaner** application for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use this application (the "App").

1. Information We Access and Collect

To provide CSV parsing, cleaning, and Shopify product import services, we access and store the following data:

• Shopify Access Tokens: Upon installation, we receive an API access token from Shopify to authenticate requests (such as querying existing SKUs to prevent duplicates and creating products/variants). This token is securely stored in our encrypted Cloudflare databases.
• Saved Mapping Templates: We store details about the CSV column mappings and cleaning rules you choose to save as configurations for your supplier files.
• Import Logs & Usage: We track the number of files cleaned and products imported to enforce monthly plan limits.
• Zero Server-Side CSV Storage: All CSV files are parsed, formatted, and cleaned directly inside your browser. **We do not upload or store your raw supplier files or customer personal data on our servers.**

2. Data Retention and Safety

All stored authentication details, saved templates, and usage logs are immediately and permanently deleted when you uninstall the App from your store.
