ShopFlowTools ("we", "us", or "our") provides the **Product Reviews XML Feed** application for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use this application (the "App").

1. Information We Access and Collect

To provide automatic Google Reviews XML feed generation and integration, we access and store the following data:

• Shopify Access Tokens: Upon installation, we receive an API access token from Shopify to authenticate requests (such as retrieving your products for mapping reviews). This is securely stored in our encrypted Cloudflare databases.
• Provider Settings: We store details about the review providers you configure (such as Judge.me API tokens, provider types, and rating filters).
• Review Exclude Rules: We store the specific Review IDs you choose to manually exclude from the feed.
• Product Mapping: We cache product SKUs and URLs to map them to your reviews in the XML file. No customer personal data is stored on our servers.

2. Data Retention and Safety

All stored authentication details and settings are immediately and permanently deleted when you uninstall the App from your store.
